Cleaning Tile Grout

Today, I will be sharing a cleaning product that I discovered about a year ago. Better late than never, huh? Don't we all hate household cleaning chores? One of those chores is keeping our floors squeaky clean, and some are easier than others. Tile floors are fairly easy to keep clean, but the grout that comes with these wonderful floors, are a bugger! At our beach condo, we have tile in every room but one, so that's a lot of grout to keep clean. I wanted a cleaning product that would do a good job and easy to use. I went to Home Depot and found the perfect product, so now, let me share it with you.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

OneStep is a ready to use cleaner and resealer. It has a non-acidic, non-abrasive formula won't damage stone, grout or tile. It cuts through grease, dirt, food and soap scum on tile, grout, chrome, glass and laminates. It contains tile lab surfacegard stone, grout & tile sealer to reseal as it cleans. It also leaves a fresh citrus scent.

Use on stone, grout, ceramic, porcelain and quarry tile
Non-acidic formula won't damage stone, grout or tile
Spray directly on the surface of tile and wipe off excess
Contains surfacegard sealer to reseal everytime you clean

I let this grout get this dirty. Now, in my

defense, do you know how hard it is to stay

inside the condo and clean grout, instead of

going outside and enjoying our beautiful

Alabama beaches? Trust me, it's HARD!

Just spray it on...

then scrub and next, clean with a soft cloth.

Nifty Thrifty Tuesday No.195

Last Monday, we were freezing here on the Alabama gulf coast, with a low temp of 9, and today we will have a high of 73!!! Life here in the South is just a tad bit crazy, when it comes to our weather. It's a flip flop kinda day here at the beach. Yes, I am here at my beach condo, but I'm not soaking in the rays, I am busy doing a deep clean, and Mr.CC is painting the kitchen. Be sure to check back in with me later this week, because I will be sharing with y'all a wonderful product for cleaning grout, it's some awesome stuff. I Have An Addiction

Okay, now don't get all worried about me, my addiction doesn't have anything to do with my health. So, you ask, what in the world is this ole gal addicted to? It's this thing called PINTEREST!!! Are you addicted too? With all these record breaking cold days that we are all having, I am having so much fun pinning away. I grab a cup of hot chocolate and my favorite orange blanket, then head to the sofa. With a roaring fire going in the fireplace, I'm all ready for some playtime on Pinterest. Since Valentine's Day is just around the corner, I decided to pin some ideas for myself. Some years I found myself decorating for this day, and some years I don't. How about you? Do you decorate for Valentine's Day? If you do, then I hope that some of these ideas will inspire you.

Nifty Thrifty Tuesday No.194

It's GAMEDAY y'all...so you know what that means...it's also PARTY TIME!!! Well...not quiet the same kind of party... as a tailgate party.. at your favorite football game...but hey NIFTY THRIFTY TUESDAY is still a fun party huh? Today, I will cheering on my favorite team the AUBURN TIGERS in the BCS National Championship game, and it couldn't get here any sooner. It feels like we have been waiting forever for it to get here, but it's really only been 30 days. This should be a very exciting game, and with that being said, I sure hope that this special group of Auburn Tigers bring home that crystal football. Back in 2010, I put up an Auburn tree for the championship game (we won that year), so I thought that I should do it again this year. Now, let's get this party started and WAR EAGLE!!!!!

                            Mr.CC found this cute little football ornament
                            in his stocking this year...can't forget that
                           "PRAYER AT JORDAN-HARE" that happened
                            at the Georgia game this year. Wow...now that
                            was one exciting game...but just two short weeks
                                   later...we were there again and.........

                               This time we were playing Alabama
                                in the Iron Bowl, and we all know how
                                that game ended. After all, they are calling
                                it the best college football game ever, and
                                I was lucky that I got to be there for it.
