Maybe She's A Keeper After All

I've been playing around with my new Pottery Barn caddy today and I'm thinking maybe I should keep her...what do you think? If you were at my Nifty Thrifty Tuesdays Party this week, then you read how I went out and found me some "old" milk bottles for my caddy to only find out that they were too big...so what does a gal do? Well she gets her wheels turning in her head and comes up with some other ideas for it. With this being said...this is what I came up with and I really want to know if you like the look I have going on here...please be honest...I promise I can take it!
Hope you have a wonderful day
                                              and thanks for stopping by,
                                                              Linda
Now please excuse that price tag...I
promise that I will remove it if I
                                                        decide to keep her!
Mr.Red Bird found his way other here!

                                          Some vintage luncheon napkins...they
                                            have some beautiful red geraniums
                                                              on them.
Added some of my vintage red handle utensils.
A little touch of some SOUTHERN COTTON!!!
Would you like an after dinner mint?

I'm with losing the vase. Oh, and I want the caddy! Think it would store my paintbrushes and markers beautifully--but I never get to Pottery Barn. :P I may have to find a store and make a special trip.

I think she's a keeper too, but agree with Linda (above) Not a fan of THAT vase. I'm sure you could find a different vase that would suit her better.

That looks so cute. Glad you found some ways to use it even though the milk bottles didn't fit. Do you think the regular sized Ball jars would fit in there? I'd like to find something for mine.

Oh I love it, I think it looks fabulous. I love your display. I have one with 4 holes and I have it on the kitchen counter and I've decorated it a million ways. A small vase and plant, silverware, linens, wind bottle, bottle full of corks, a candle, just to name a few. I think you will have a ball with it. It is wonderful. So, I definitely say keep it. Hugs, Marty

Definitely a keeper. Even if you stop using inside. Think of the vases of flowers you can carry in the car):-

I vote for keeping it. I have a similar one that I put some ball jars in and candles. I think those are made for wine bottles so they are sort of a weird size. If you want to take a look at mine you can see it on this post - http://www.houseofhawthornes.com/2011/04/kitchen-table-shake-up.html . I may end up using it outside too.

I vote to keep it! You will come up with a ton of uses for it.
Thanks for the lists of places to go in Gulf Shores. I do remember some of them after we got down there and I think some old ones had gone out of business since I was down last.
Loved the religious one ??- I hadn't been to that one - they had some good things.
Hope your weekend is going great and I hope you found a dress.

Love the caddy, but not the white vase. I do love the red though...my favorite color. You can change it out from time to time for so many looks. I'd definitely keep it:)

I love the caddy! I've been saving old peanut butter jars, roasted pepper jars, etc, etc and cleaning them and removing labels and plan to re-use them kind of like a mason jar. Maybe you have some food jars in the pantry that will fit once you've eaten the contents?! Good luck :)
