Country Living Fair

Have you noticed that I have been MIA lately? Well, it was for a good reason, Mr.CC and I were on vacation, and oh it was a great one too. More later on all the places that we visited. Today, I am sharing the end of our trip...kinda like I look and read a magazine:) I have been reading and drooling over the the Country Living magazine for many years, so when the weather turned bad on us in Charleston, we decided to leave a day early and head over to the show in Atlanta. Sometimes a change in plans, turn out good and this is one of them. Best of all, I found an item that I have been searching for, a very long time. Mr.CC said I was smiling ear to ear, when he spotted me standing there guarding it. Before I share my treasure, let's see some pics from this wonderful show.

Nifty Thrifty Tuesday No.135 and Giveaway

Recently Eco Natural Soap contacted me about doing a product review and a giveaway. Let me start by saying they do a lot more than soap. They do balms and shampoos, mineral makeup, and natural pet products! This couldn't have come at a better time for me because I have been having a lot of pain in my right foot. I received the Joint Pain Relief and this stuff is WONDERFUL!!! I have also used it on my left arm, where I have some arthritis pain. It's working like a charm, getting rid of all that unwanted pain.

 

I also received the Scars/Stretch Marks/Cellulite/Blemish Relief combo, and I am sure hoping that this stuff helps out with all these brown spots, that have decided to make an appearance on my face. I have only been using it for about 10 days, so it's to soon to see any results, just yet.

Table Re-do

Hello y'all, how's everything going in your neck of the woods? Things are going great here, just super busy painting furniture, and get this, silly me bought four more pieces over the weekend. I really think all this paint, must be getting to my brain. Today, I'm sharing this table, that I did a little re-do on. I feel that this piece can be used several different ways, so let's see my ideas. How about using it in a foyer, or maybe as a sofa table. You could even use it as a desk in your home office, and better yet, she would make a wonderful kitchen table. Now, if you are a local gal, you can find her at my Cotton City Antiques location.
