Looking Out From The 18th Floor

The views at the beach are awesome and if you have never been up on the 18th floor...this is what you are missing! This complex is located across the street from the beach in Gulf Shores...WOW...you can see for miles! I went with Mr.CC to preview a condo for one of his clients and I thought I would share some of it with you...my friends in blogland. If you are wondering...YES...our beaches are OPEN and still look as BEAUTIFUL as ever! PLEASE don't believe everything you hear from the media (they LOVE to stretch the truth)...we have had NO oil here and it looks like we will miss it, if it continues on this path...it's 60 miles southwest of us! Please keep us all in your prayers:)

I luv the colors in this bowl!I can just see myself taking a Sunday afternoon nap in this "COOL" chair! He is such a "cutie pie"!My favorite place ever...GULF SHORES, AL.I so wanted to be on the beach today, but this house needs some serious cleaning!

Linda, we ALMOST came down to Gulf Shores today! We were coming for the weekend, but I couldn't figure out where to stay, so much going on at work, the kids, you know the drill, so we didn't do it, but we are thinking about planning ahead and doing it NEXT weekend! Looks gorgeous!! Now I wish I was on my way there right now!!!

Enjoy!

Beautiful views and I love Gulf Shores, too. Went last year and stayed at a condo across the street with my son and wife and then one grandbaby. That was a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.

I've never been there, but now I want to go! What a gorgeous place to live.

Oh, I'm so dizzy, more from that gorgeous view than the actual height! You know I've never been to the beach in Alabama, only inland. Guess I better put that on my bucket list right now. My goal is to visit the beach in every state that has one.

Hi Linda..
Thanks for sharing our beautiful part of the world..we all needed a break..
am on countdown until I'm planting my toes in the sands of Florida beaches from Pensacola to Panama City..otherwise known as the Emerald Coast!
keep up the positive messages regarding the beaches, and all tourist related activities..
The oil spill is a TRUE DISASTER of epic dimensions..hopefully it can be contained/and plugged soon..
Prayers please!!
warmest hugs..

the view is amazing. I had no idea the beaches were so beautiful. I am glad there is no oil there....having lived through it as a child, it is a disaster for many years.
thanks for visiting!
