My First Tablescape Thursday

Here we are at my FIRST Tablescape Thursday...guess it's okay for my FIRST one! I love the simple look of BLACK and WHITE so this is what I wanted for my FIRST tablescape. I used a mixture of items...everything from family antiques to dollar store bargains! Take a look around and I promise my next one will be much better...thanks sooooo much for looking!

Please join Susan and all the other ladies over at BETWEEN NAPS ON THE PORCH for a GOOD time!

Very pretty! Love those beans with candles in the big glass containers. And I like your golden colored walls. I never set a table. We usually just eat together in the tv room. Right now my dining table is a big mess from craft stuff. Have a great weekend. :) Tammy

My family spent a year living in Theodore AL when I was in HS (about 100 years ago)... loved Dolphin Island when we were there... the same year hurricane Camille came through!

Hey Linda, thanks so much for coming to see me. Your tablescape is lovely. So well put together. I also love black and white, especially black. In fact, they say (whoever they are) that there should a little black in every room in your home. There is in mine. And I love your idea of using the navy beans. They are also very tasty cooked with ham and cornbread! lol, Shelia

Hi Linda, Thanks so much for visiting and joining my blog, Rustique Gallery. I love your tablescape and the posting about your porch swing. I dream of swinging in the breezes too. It's 15 degrees out today and clouding up for another snowstorm, so I'll keep plugging on my Studio Redo. Enjoy the weekend! Sherry

What a great debut for TT, Linda! Beautifully done & very creative, too.

Are your stemware glasses sitting in metal rimmed coasters? If so, I could just kick myself for giving away some of those when we moved. I hadn't used them in years & now I sure wish I had them back. :( They look wonderful on your table!!!

Thanks for stopping by.
DH had his ♥ stent put in on Mon. so I'm a little behind in responding to my favorite blogs. I'm glad I didn't miss this post!
