New Year...New Look

As 2012 rolled in...new merchandise rolled in too at Coastal Charm Interiors!!! Since I opened up in mid November, things have been flying out the door and I feel so very blessed that my business has had such an awesome start. The month of December was a very busy month and so far January has been going well too. I went in at the first of week with some new furniture and did a re-do on my space...I never like keeping it the same for to long. I'm hoping to get some sewing done later this month...I really need to get some one of a kind pillows made for my customers. I really like meeting the people who shop with me. This week I met a very sweet young girl (high school senior) who had came back to get a cute wooden tote that I had and she was so excited that it was still there. I'm so excited that some of y'all (my readers) have come by and visited my space, it always makes my day when one of the employees tell me that someone had came by from my BLOG...thank you from the bottom of my heart! Back in December at our Christmas Open House, I had a wonderful surprise that really made me know just why I keep this blog going. One of my local readers came in to meet me and she had made me a beautiful scarf for Christmas...oh my...I was soooo excited!!! Her name is Marcie (she doesn't have a blog...sounds like she should...cause I think she would have some wonderful things to share with all of us)...so if you are reading this Marcie...thanks again for my AUBURN scarf....with this cold weather that we are having....I'm so going to wear it this weekend. If you know when you might be here, please let me know, cause I would love to meet ya and maybe we could do lunch.
                                    Happy to have ya here,
                                               Linda

Linda, Thanks so much for showing your space to us. It looks really good. I would be drawn in. I just recently got a booth in Cape May, NJ and I have also been doing very well. I just updated it this past weekend! I had to.. it was emptying out, which is always great. I love all your burlap elements and your pillows. Love your dropcloth walls too. I just covered 2 of my pegboard walls with burlap, and boy it really changes the look. I'd love to visit your booth if I am ever down your town. Take Care, And best of luck always!

It looks so good Linda, I'm so glad I got to drop by a few weeks ago.

I've been silent on my blog this week due to the fact that my mom fell and broke her arm in 2 places! I'll be posting about that on my blog shortly so please keep her in your prayers.

xoxo,
Judy

Everything looks GREAT! No wonder it is flying off the shelfs...if I were closer, I would be supporting the flying myself. I love the lard bucket...but then I am a sucker for anything red. Keep up the good work and stay warm!

Well if I'm ever in your neck of the woods I will hunt your shop down. I see many things I love, but right now my favorite's are feed sack/coffee/whatever sack chairs & pillows. I think I have one in the closet wonder what I can make? Hmmm.
