Nifty Thrifty Tuesdays No.16

Garage/Yard Sales are in full swing and I found some great "NEW" Christmas treasures at one in my neighborhood last week...it was like CHRISTMAS in JUNE! I'm thinking that the lady having the sale might be a school teacher (you know they get a load of gifts and can't always use all of them)...so just put them out at your garage sale and let somebody else put these great gifts to good use. I have sooooo many Christmas items, but I thought I would pass some of these items on to my daughters. Hope you are having some good luck finding some treasures...so now let's see what you have found! I will be posting some awesome garage/yard sale tips weekly here at COASTAL CHARM...if you missed this weeks tips, then click here.
I thought she was a real "CUTIE"...price tag...25 cents! She will look so cute in Mary Claire's condo in Auburn!Hand painted "SANTA"...price tag...25 cents!Black iron tree with a votive candle inside...price tag...75 cents! I will be painting it another color...not crazy about the black! This "new" pot holder/towel set from Target will also be a fun look in Mary Claire's kitchen...price tag...25 cents!A fun Christmas bottle stopper...price tag...25 cents! I think she liked marking items at 25 cents...what do you think?I purchased a smaller tree like this one last Fall in a upscale gift shop in Atlanta for $16...price tag...75 cents!A close-up look! Maybe Haley will like this tree for her place in our cottage.

****Please everyone, follow these guidelines!****
1. Be sure to refer back to my blog so everyone can see who is participating today, include the NTT button in your post (copy and paste the html code under the button…the button is located on my sidebar). Please make sure that you have put my NTT button or my blog name with a link on your post. I have seen that some of you have forgot to do this…so this is just a sweet reminder.
2. This party is for sharing thrifty finds from garage sales, thrift stores, consignment shops, craigslist and even those awesome deals that you find at any retail store. Please do not link to an Esty shop or something similar (I will delete the link). If I see that your post is not really on track with the NTT theme and also if you don't link back, I'll delete your link...please don't make me do this. It's common courtesy to link back to the person having the party, so that all of your readers can find it too.
3. Please go and visit the other participates and leave a comment about their treasures and thrifty ideas…this is what makes the PAR-TAY so much FUN! What a great way to meet new friends.

I'm linking to these FUN parties!

Hi Linda!

What fun Christmas finds!! With the exception of January at the thrift stores, this is the best time to hit yard sales and find Christmas stuff. Everyone is cleaning out their garages, basements etc. Love it!

Glad I found this thrifty tuesday spot. I am always showing off my auction and garage sale finds. Glad to know there are other people that want to see them. I tried linking up, but I don't know if it worked. Hopefully I didn't do it more than once. I did get your link on my site though.\Check out all my finds if you ever have a chance to hop over.

Look at all the good stuff you found! I want to go shopping with you! I've been thinking about Christmas and Halloween too, so Santas and witches and other fun stuff is on my mind, If I wait too late I run out of things to sell and give.

That angle is adorable! I ended up with too much stuff when I made the move and plan on selling a lot of my Christmas goodies in the Fall. It is just too darn hot now, lol.

I wanted to tell you that I had such a great time when I participated a few weeks ago and will be doing so again. The first week my computer decided to retire and I had to get a new one and then you know what happened last week. Thanks for your thoughtful comment, I will miss my dog terribly, but have fond memories of the last 12 years.
