I promised that I would share with y'all the recipe for my famous WHITE TRASH that I was making for our Christmas Open House that we had today at Cotton City Antiques...so here it is. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do (I'm addicted to it). I have been making it for a couple of years now and every time I make it for a party or an Auburn tailgate, it's always a BIG HIT! Speaking of the Open House and three day sale that we had...it was OUTSTANDING to say the least! My space now looks so empty...I was very lucky to have sold so much of my inventory...thank you to everyone who came out to support me. Please be sure to come by on Monday to join in with all us at my weekly NIFTY THRIFTY TUESDAY party...hope to see all of y'all there!
Blessings,
Linda
You will need...Chex Corn Cereal, Cherrios, Pretzels, White
Chocolate Bark, Marshmellows and M&M's. I usually add
peanuts or cashews, but decided to leave them out this time,
since so many people have nut allergies.
Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave
for about 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir in a large mixing bowl...a
VINTAGE bowl is even better!!!
Pour onto wax paper and spread it out.
After it has hardened..break into pieces
and you are all done. I don't measure
any of the ingredients...just mix to your
own liking...you can't go wrong!
My $4 estate sale basket that I picked up
while I was in Asheville, came in handy to
hold of of it!
I'm linking up to some fun parties...come join me!

WOW!! I make Texas Trash but will now add some WHITE Trash to my Christmas list! Thanks for the recipe!
This is my favorite! Love the combination of flavors you used. It is so delicious and addicting!!
yummy... that looks good. healthy diet.
This is my favorite holiday treat to make - love it. I have never used marshmallows. but rather raisins and peanuts go into mine, along with your other ingredients. I also make it at Easter with pastel M&Ms!
Nummmy...I am so going to make this! My little boy has a nut allergy...so it's fun to find something tastey without the nuts :) Thanks for sharing, Laurel
Yummy, Tia LOVES this stuff... thanks for sharing with us...

YUM! I love the white trash candy, and I haven't even thought about making it until I saw this post. I usually make this and give out at Christmas time. Can't believe it has slipped my mind this year?
This looks so yummy! I am going to have to try it for sure! Perfect little gift for those at work too!
This looks easy, good and oh so very festive. I think I just might have to make this! hugs, Linda
Looks YUMMY, thanks for sharing!!!
Mmmmm...that looks delicious and dangerous all at once! Might have to try it! ;)
Our snack is the traditional Chex mix but I like this sweetened up version for a change.
I'm so gonna do this. It'll use the vanilla almond bark I'll have left over after making tiger butter and then I won't be tempted to hide in the darkened kitchen and eat those big fat chunky white squares of creamy wickedness....
I didn't say that out loud, did I?
Never heard of this, however it sounds good. Thanks for getting back to me on my question of cotton branches.
I am having a burlap handbag giveaway on my blog if you are interested.
Happy Holidays!

Hi Linda...
Thank you for stopping by 21 Rosemary Lane today and leaving such a nice comment. I love white treash...my cousin gave it to me as a Christmas gift a couple years ago and I've been wanting to make but didn't have the recipe...looks like now I do! And I see you use Walmart brand ingredients...love it! Whenever my husband asks me where all the money has gone...my reply is "Walmart has it!"
Have a great week.
I've never heard of White Trash recipe before, and luckily I've never been called White Trash either! But it looks so yummy and will try making for the holiday. Thanks for sharing the recipe and for sharing at Sunday's Best!
