Christmas Dining

This year was the first time ever that I put our family ornaments on the Christmas tree in the dining room. This tree has always been our more formal tree, but this year I wanted the big tree in the family room to have only silver/gold/white/tan/glass/rustic ornaments, so I decided to change it all up and I did just that. I did keep the vintage tree in the same place...the kitchen is where you will find it. Okay now let's see how things are looking in the dining room in 2011!!!
                                         Happy to have you here,
                                                       Linda

A couple of NEW things this year.

                                      Fresh cedar...smells so good!
                                         Beautiful RED BIRDS!!!
Oh yes...put BRAND NEW lights on the
tree and after a few hours some went OUT!!
I'm I the only one out there having trouble
keeping Christmas lights working? I'm about
                                           to give up on them!!!!
                                        My favorite SANTA!!!!

Never thought that I would have
antlers on my dining room table!!
This THRIFTY shelf was such an awesome find!!

Spotted this tree in one of my favorite
gift shops last year...waited until after
Christmas and got it at 50% off!!!!!!

Beautiful decorations, Linda. Those redbirds are divine! I put up a garland on the mantle today and the last third of light was dark...AAARG! It may just have to stay that way. Hahaha...

Linda,
Love your tree and seeing all the ornaments. Speaking of antlers ... what if you had the head too! My husband's man room has five of them! I could have so many antler's laying around my house :) Now they are used so much in decorating!
Hugs,
Donna

Hi Linda, love your Christmas decor. I love the Cardinals. They are so pretty. PS. I have trouble with Christmas lights every year. Last year half the tree went out a few days after putting the tree up. This year half the lights in the garland on the mantel went out. I have not replaced them yet. They are just going to be that way until next year. LOL. Sheila @ http://beyondtheportico.blogspot.com
