It always seems like when I start decking the halls for Christmas, I do more than just Christmas decorating, I sure hope, I have some company here. When I started clearing off the Fall decor from this sideboard, the lampshade that I had in there, just wasn't doing it, if you know what I mean. So, what's a gal, suppose to do? Well now, any DIY gal, might just pull out some burlap and glue, and a new lampshade is born in 15 minutes. With that being said, this vignette in my foyer, was ready to welcome guests to our home.
Blessings,
Linda

Love this vignette, Linda, and the burlap on the lampshade works in perfectly! Great wreath, too!
Very pretty, Linda. I love the burlap on the lampshade. I would try that with my living room dresser lamp but I don't know if it would look as good as my shade has a scalloped bottom.
Beautiful Linda!I'm loving that burlap lamp shade!Your Christmas decor looks so pretty too!

I love the vignette. The lamp shade is gorgeous!
That lampshade is working for me! Who'd have thought we'd be having this much fun with plain, old burlap.
Love the lampshade makeover! Did you just wrap the burlap strips??
