NTT No.89...GRAND OPENING and a GIVEAWAY

Welcome everyone to the GRAND OPENING of my shop...COASTAL CHARM INTERIORS!!! I'm so happy to have you here and I hope you enjoy yourself. I have been doing a lot of praying about this for some time now...asking God to show me what I should do with my life and I feel that he has put me in a wonderful place...everything is just falling in place, doors are opening up at every step I'm taking and I haven't been this happy, in a very long time. You see, I LOVE to decorate, it's my passion and this opportunity is helping put JOY into my life...THANK YOU LORD for answering my prayers. I hope to be able to share with all of you next week about an opportunity that might even open bigger doors...if this happens...I think I will have to pinch myself and wake myself up from this DREAM! My first real day for business was on Saturday (since I was in my space all day Thursday and Friday getting it all ready) and I went by on Sunday afternoon and to my surprise, I had already made my rent for a full month...are you kidding me? I had sold two chairs, a very large chalkboard, mirror and a couple of smalls...oh my...I better get some more things painted and get them in there before this BIG weekend...wish me luck. On Sunday I put up a Christmas tree, but I was so busy that I forgot to take some pics, so I will share it later this week.  First I'm going to share pics from the shop, but please be sure to stay with me, because I have the cutest Coastal Christmas ornament ever to give to one of you...info about the GIVEAWAY will be after the pics.
                                               Your coastal friend,
                                                         Linda
                                               Come on in my friends!
Had to have lots of COTTON...the shoppe
where I'm located is called...COTTON CITY
                                         ANTIQUES in Mobile, Alabama.

If this church painting is still around after Christmas...I
might bring it home to my nest...it would look great
                                                         in my cottage!

                                                      Coastal touch!

I am really pleased with how my screens and
drop cloth curtains turned out to define my space.

I will say this...my primitive school desk
is by far my favorite piece of furniture,
                                                            LOVE IT!!!!
I think that it would make a wonderful
sofa table or even a great foyer table.
                                              This chair...SOLD!
                                     NICE does MATTER...don't you think?

                                       My sweet great nephew Blake!
I will have some of these MASON
JARS picture frames in my nest!

                                             If time allows..I'm painting
                                           this piece of luggage WHITE.
                                            HUGE Chalkboard...SOLD!!!
                                           An Annie Sloan painted table.
                                               French style burlap aprons!
I have two of these "cool" bread
pans from a New York bakery,
while I was there on Sunday, they
were the big talk..so many neat
ideas on how to use them that I
                                            shared with my customers.

These two fun paintings from the 60's would
be so perfect for a doctors office!

                                        Christmas wreath...SOLD!!!
Perfect for a nursery or baby shower decor!
