Christmas Mantel 2014

Coastal Charm is all dressed up for the holidays and now it's time to just soak it all in. I broke a record this year and did all my holiday decorating, in just two short days.
I still can't believe that I was able to pull this off, but with some help from my sweet hubs, the boxes came down and back up, in less than 48 hours. Funny thing is, I am really lovin' how it all looks, so maybe, I should keep this in mind, when next year rolls around. Today, I am sharing my mantel with all of you. Again this year, my theme for it has to do with nature. I did change several things, so let's see what I have done in 2014.

                                                     2014 Christmas Mantel

                                              My mantel wreath has something
                                                              new this year.

                                                 It's this sweet driftwood nativity.

A vintage rusty scale and an ironstone
pitcher found their way to the mantel.
This darling little lamb showed up too.

Mini glitter pine cones were added
                                                             for some bling!!!

I guess, this old chippy paint cabinet
                                                         door will always stay here.

                                                       Our stockings are hung
                                                        and are just waiting to
                                                    be filled with some goodies.

Your mantel is right up my alley. I love the cabinet door that creates a great focal point with the wreath attached. The driftwood nativity is so wonderful! You can never go wrong with an old rusty scale and ironstone. Your whole display with all its different textures is festive and lovely!!

It's gorgeous Linda! I'm loving that chippy paint on the door...I'm afraid I would have to leave it there year round, too. Who would have thought of the beans with the ornaments? Clever and cool!

Oh my goodness, I'll have to look back to see what I liked the most. I love the chippy door as a back drop. I love the smell of coffee beans in a hurricane vase. The scale is great. Always love the rusty crusty, but my all time favorite is ironstone. Just love it all. This would be my favorite of all that I've seen so far!

I love the natural theme. Our tastes are so similar. I have ironstone pitchers all over my house with hydrangeas in them! The lamb is precious.

Looks like there is alot of nature inspired Christmas rooms out there this year! I love it and you have done a great job on your mantel. Chippy things are the best!! I like how you put the nativity in the centre of your wreath as well.
