Warm Winter Temps and Painting Up A Storm

Wearing shorts/t-shirt/flip flops while painting in January...can't get any better than that...can it? It has been in the 70's here for the past week and the forecast is calling for the same for the next ten days...oh happy day (you see...I'm not a winter gal). We have finished painting the kitchen, so you know what that means...right? When you change one thing, then other things need changing, so I have started the first piece of furniture that will get a makeover. I'm hoping that I will wrap this one up today, then off to the second victim.  When I get it all the makeovers finished, then I will share with y'all a tour of my new kitchen...until then...here is a sneak peek of the wall color and victim number one.
Thanks for the visit and comments,
                                              Linda

Can't wait to see what you are up to, Linda.

I cannot believe this weather here in middle Tennessee. High 50's and 60's is unreal for this time of the year!

Wondereing if you got the email I sent you.

Victim #1, please remove your tape and put your drawer in so you can be properly identified.

I'm looking forward to seeing it. And I am very jealous of your flip flop weather. We had sideways rain yesterday, then snow. Today is beautiful with sun, blue skies and oh wait, snow, not flip flops. :)

Happy Painting!

The weather seems to be strange all over this year! Hoping for some warming up here as I have two pieces from a customer waiting for painting in a (too) chilly garage! Can't wait to see more of that kitchen!

Oh! so, you don't have snow either. You see i live in a coastal town in the sub tropics and I was so envious of everyone showing their own little paradise. Found some comfort! Yes, shorts here too. :)

Waiting to see your finished project :)

Great looking piece! I'm so behind in my blog reading! But, I don't want to jump ahead and spoil any surprises that might await me. Hope you're having a grand evening. Toodles, Kathryn @TheDedicatedHouse
