Down In The Delta Vinatge Market...Part One

Welcome to DOWN IN THE DELTA!
My dear friend Judy, had a dream to host a vintage market here on the Alabama gulf coast and her dream came true. Judy did an amazing job putting on this market and she is already planning a Fall market. On Friday, we had rain storms, so that day was a bust. Saturday the sun came out and so did the shoppers. I really enjoy doing pop-up-markets because I get to meet my customers and that is a lot of fun. A big thanks to all of you who supported us at this market. Let's now take a look at my "Farmhouse" booth.
                                                                            Blessings,
                                                                              Linda

Great displays, Linda, and the work you out into them shows. I hope it was a great weekend overall.

You have such great stuff, Linda! ...the new and old items are so unique and pretty, and displayed so well! I enjoyed "window shopping" your booth through your post! :) Since I quit the vintage business last year, pop-up shops are the one thing I really miss! It was fun to meet the customers, and hear just how they would use different pieces purchased from me! ...love the t'shirts, too! ~Rhonda

You certainly have an eye for detail and display everything so beautifully. There is so much that I would love to bring home.

Wow, what a fun time, your space looks so inviting. Good thing you were in a covered area to keep your goodies from getting soaked. Wish I could have been there to shop the weekend away! Thanks, Linda, for linking up with Talk of the Town.

Karyn T. and I were planning on driving up on Friday, but . . . BOOM! What a storm! I was so sad for all of you and especially Judy who had worked so hard. Thank goodness Saturday was gorgeous! Unfortunately, I had already made plans that day, but now I'm glad to hear there will be another go-round in the fall. So glad you had a good time!

Thanks for taking me to the market Linda, I was soooo disappointed I couldn't go and now excited I'll have a chance this fall! I'm so glad Saturday was a success! All your stuff looks fabulous!

I felt like I was at your booth with all your wonderful pics showing the fantastic items you have for sale. I could browse for hours even just here online! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Love the displays. Now living in FL and disappointed that I haven't found a shop that I love here. Not saying it doesn't exist. Just saying I haven't found it. So, is the wire laundry basket still available. Love to have it if possible.

Just lovely! My sister in law is looking for a tobacco basket. Do you still have the one pictured? If so, how much is it? We don't live too far away and if it worked out we could go to Antiques at the Loop!
Thank you.

Don't know why it took me so long, but I'm just now seeing this! Thank you, Linda, for the sweet post. It was exactly like I wanted it to be and that was because of the fabulous vendors like you! Thank you for being part of the market, and I can't wait to do it all again!
