Back a few months ago I was the lucky WINNER of a giveaway that Destiny at THE RUFFLED NEST had going on...it was a year subscription for any magazine and I decided on SOUTHERN LADY! Most of you probably have never heard of this magazine if you don't live in the South and if you do live in the South...then make a trip to the nearest store and check it out...you will be glad you did! Here is a few pics from the May/June issue...enjoy looking and I hope all of you have a FUN weekend!

Honey, that cake in the fourth photo with the blackberries looks fabulous. I already went to their website to look for it, but it's not there. Boo, hoo. But I did find a recipe for a Caribbean Shrimp Cocktail that I'm going to make in a couple of weeks when my cousin comes to visit.
Congrats Linda! Southern Lady is a great magazine! It is my mother's favorite and she has all of the issues so when I go for a visit, we look at them together. Enjoy.
