Weighing My Options

Hey my friends, I'm happy you're stopping in today, for a little visit with me. Welcome to all my new followers, I'm so glad that you want to follow along with me here, at Coastal Charm. I have a question for all of you today. Have you ever drooled over an item, and even had dreams about it.  Sure you have, right? The bad thing is, I really don't have a place in my little coastal nest to put it, bummer!!! For about a year now, I have been admiring these charming vintage scales. So, if one day, I come across one with a NIFTY THRIFTY price tag on her, she's mine! Just what will I remove, to make room for her? Only time will tell. Here are two I found while pinning. Now, isn't Pinterest a ton of FUN?
                         Blessings,
                           Linda

Help Y'all

Okay, today I am asking y'all to tell me what you think this charming vintage tote was used for. I did some research, and found out that R.C. Walter and Sons packed table and wine grapes in Exeter, California. This is not a large crate, that is usually used to ship grapes, so I am not quite sure what this tote was used for. I have been trying to remember where I found this beauty, but with all the merchandise that I buy for my business, it's really hard to remember all of it. I did purchase this item for myself, never even considered selling it. At this time, I am using it to hold some of my kitchen utensils, but it also would make a wonderful  centerpiece filled with fresh flowers. Another charming idea is, roll up some white hand towels, and you have a true farmhouse look.
                                          Blessings,
                                            Linda

Happy Anniversary Cotton City Antiques

Way back in 1990, Cotton City Antiques opened their doors here in Mobile, Alabama. I wonder, if they ever thought that 22 years later, that they would still be going strong. Well, they are, and today I want to say, CONGRATS to you!!! Starting today, they will be celebrating their anniversary with a huge SALE. If you are local, come on by and check out all the great deals. Discounts are up to 75% off, now, how nifty thrifty is that? I have marked down a ton of merchandise in my booth, that is just waiting on finding a new home. As you enter the store, my booth is the second one on your left. Look for the yellow sale tags, and help me make room for some new merchandise, that I have waiting just for you.
                                         Blessings,
                                            Linda
