there’s a spirit in the air of goodwill towards men, we celebrate the birth of Jesus, we make memories and keep family traditions going. I have always loved decorating for Christmas. I like cozy, thrifty, and vintage and love when a home comes alive with the feel and aromas of the season. Today, I am sharing my dining room with all of you. This year, it is primarily decorated with greenery, pine cones, and vintage Shiny Brite ornaments. I chose to use only aqua, white and silver in the room this year, and I am really happy with how it turned out. Thank you for coming by and I hope you have a fun weekend, shopping, wrapping, baking or whatever might be on your calendar.
Blessings,
Linda
Dining Room 2014
I just added to what I already had
on my buffet...simple is so 2014!
Pulled all my aqua and silver vintage
Shiny Brite ornaments out and placed
them here this year.
My ironstone collection
stayed in place.
No Christmas tree here this year...
instead I decorated my shutter.
Can't go wrong with boxwood, burlap
and vintage ornaments.
Dried hydrangeas, pine cones, and silver
ornaments fill my dough bowl.
This extra large pine cone came from
my own yard.
These pretty hydrangeas also
came from my yard.
The only thing that I purchased
this year, were these cute gift tags
from Michael's.
Note: I love using things like these
gift tags for something totally different.
Added a few pretties to my
shelf for the holiday season.
More of my extra large pine cones
were added to this vignette.
I'd love for you to stay connected with Coastal Charm...so come on over and join me there!!!
