Don't we all like to look back every now and then? I know I do!! Since Rhoda is having a Christmas party today, I just had to join her for some holiday fun. I didn't want to reveal my 2010 decor, so what's a gal to do? Well this gal decided to take a look back to 2009...wow...things sure do change a whole bunch in just 12 months...so take a look and you will know what I mean. My dining room has had a makeover and my photo skills have really improved since last year. Take a look and then be sure to come back on the 9th for the reveal of my 2010 decor at my CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE!

Everything is beautiful, Linda!! I love the little white tree surrounded by starfish. If I were at the lake during the holidays, I'd love to do something like that. Great idea to show last year for the party...I didn't think of that and I'm sure not ready now!

Pretty! I love starfish & like to use them at Christmas, too. I like all the candy & balls in jars. And the all the silvery stuff.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping I can finish something in time for your link party. I've never done one before.
Hi, Linda, all of your 2009 stuff was really cute, so I can't wait to see this year's. I'll try to come over & link up to your party too, there's going to be a lot of parties this year. Merry Christmas!

ReplyDeleteLinda,
ReplyDeleteThe starfish and white candles (with beans) are so beautiful! Amazing how nature does it :) Love all your pops of white and silver. I have a thing for starfish and sand dollars. I put a bunch of them in a shadow box so I can remember our beachy visits.
Look forward to your new Christmas dining room and the Open house!

Michelle

Hi Linda! Thanks so much for linking up to the party this week! I absolutely love looking back with you because I wasn't a blogger back then so it is all new to me and just gorgeous! I love your dining room and covet your buffet table! I'm going a little less colorful in my dining room too this year and I like how calm it feels. Thanks again for sharing this with us!

I remember some of your decorations from last year. Everything looked beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI am going with sooo much less decorations this year. I just LOVE it, too. Usually, I have so much out, I am tired of it all before Christmas Eve. :)
Just to say, too, that I finally got my orders out to CSN with the gift code I won from you.
I was slow on it but got it ordered last night. It will be awhile before I get it all...ordered 3 things with the generous code and they will all come from different warehouses. You can bet that I will blog about it when it all gets here. :)) Thanks again, so much, for giving me the chance to win.
Happy weekend, bj
Beautiful! I love how you have the candles in the white beans!!! Just lovely!
ReplyDeleteLinda I'm so glad I found your blog.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to read everything.
Thanks,
Valerie
