Goose Creek Candle Giveaway...A Little Fall Decor Too

The weather here in coastal Alabama might still be hot and steamy, but fall is right around the corner. Tomorrow, we are getting a "cool" snap, so I thought, I would pull out a few seasonal decorations to slowly remind myself that summer is almost over. I think I’m in denial about that, but again, I do really love FALL...how about you? Now, the best way to put me in a fall mood is with scented candles, oh how I love me some good smelling candles. So when Goose Creek Candle Co. asked if I’d like to try two of their American Heirloom Candles, and then give one away to one of my readers, I gladly accepted!

                My first pick was HAZELNUT CREAM...oh my...I'm
                lovin' this one. Fall is the perfect time of year for this
                scent, but I love it so much, that I will burn it all year
                            long. Nothing wrong with that, huh?        


                   When I burn every ounce of it, then look what I have
                    left. It's a great glass container, and it comes with a
                                   pretty pewter top...yippee!!!

                To recycle this jar, you don't even need to
                remove a sticker. Now, I'm liking that!!

                My second pick was WHIPPED PUMPKIN LATTE. Now,
                that was not a big surprise. If you know me, then you know
                how I have an obsession with anything PUMPKIN.
               UPDATE...Mr.CC just came in the house and said WOW,
               that's one great smelling candle, so I know it's a winner!!!

    Just went over and took a look at their candles. They have a wonderful variety, but I am a simple Pumpkin for fall kind of girl. That would be my choice..pumpkin.

    I would definately choose the Mulled Cider. Nothing says Fall to me like the smell of mulling spices and warm Apple cider. sounds like it would be the Perfect combination of the two!

    I burn candles all day and night, every day and night ALL year long.

    I would love love love to try GCC - they look so inviting and amazing!

    I usually buy Tyler or Yankee - and buy online.

    I think b/c of this time of year I would love to win/try the Mulled Apple Cider - second choice would be Iced Dew Drops, doesn't that sound wonderful???? And of course a great vanilla candle is just a perfect no-brainer.

    I think they have one of the most beautiful containers ever. I would be absolutely delighted to win.

    Thanks for sharing this opportunity with us. I love a good smelling candle and go through several a month.I love the fact that there are no labels to peel off and the inevitable sticky gunk to scrub off. Hooray for simple elegance!

    I just visited the Goose Creek site and all of the scents sounds wonderful but I think I'd want to try out the Vanilla Cashmere most of all.

    Oh Linda, I am so glad to have found your blog from I Should be Mopping the Floors! Love the candles. With fall in the air, not really here in Texas, and since it's the hubby's favorite cake I would have to pick Spice Cake. They have many scents I think I would enjoy and I love their containers.

    I just made a visit to their site and think Autumn scent perfect for the fall season and thank Goose Creek for their giveaway and you for hosting it.

    Back home in Virginia there was a little place called "Goose Pimple Junction"...so sweet.

    I'd get either Orange Clove or Apples & Spice but all of their scents sound like they smell amazing!
