Newbies In My Kitchen

Hello ladies, hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. It's a beautiful sunny Spring day here on gulf coast, so my day is going GREAT! Yes, I have some NEWBIES here in my kitchen to share with you today. Do you ever get in a hurry to make a tablescape because company is coming? Well, last week that's just what I found myself doing and guess what? I'm sooooo loving them...today I will share my kitchen table and tomorrow it will be my LITTLE GREEN TABLE, so be sure to come back to see it.
                                                                     Thank ya for coming,
                                                                               Linda

Yes...this is a 5 minute tablescape!!!

This cake stand came from my MIL's estate...I always love
seeing it here in my nest!
My little RED YARN BIRDIE from Target.
Another family piece...is this white ironstone platter
from my grandmother.
Over on my kitchen buffet...I added
a monogram to this huge
red platter.

I won the monogram from a giveaway last summer...yes
I almost forgot about it!
Also a little bit of SPRING is showing up around
here...hope to get my Easter decor
                                                                      out this week!

  7. I love plate stands, which is odd because I never use them. The designs in that one are very pretty.

How fun to have company and so nice to pull together a cute table to enjoy good times in front of. Hope you've had a great weekend!

  19. Very pretty!! Your pictures really showcase how beautiful all of your pieces are. I love the cake plate and the gorgeous ironstone. I need to get out the cake plate I found at a garage sale last summer for $1.00 (or maybe I should save that for a NTT).
    Happy Sunday.

  24. Hey! I won one of those monograms a year or so ago but haven't used mine yet either...guess I'm waiting on the "perfect" place!

Those pics were where we stayed last summer, I think it was called Lei Lani, it was a really nice condo. We are staying at the Fairfield when we come down in April, same place daughter and SIL stayed at this weekend. I can't wait! I've doing some babysitting in b'ham the end of this month and we'll be going to the beach the first part of April....I'll be sooo ready for some R&R.

    Have a great week!
