New Twist on Shower Rods

Get rid of all those boring old SHOWER RODS....install a BAMBOO ROD....WOW what a statement this makes! I went to a local home decor store and purchased a BAMBOO piece...install some shower cups to the wall to hold it in place and she was up and looking good! Try this...I don't think you will be disappointed!

I did this in a small bathroom at my beach condo....I liked it soooo much, that I think I will do this in a guest bath at home. Please join me at Gay's PAR-TAY!
I'm also going over to Diana's PAR-TAY...see you there! The Girl Creative

  1. Wow, it really looks great, Linda! The shower curtain is cute too.

I can see why you would want to have this kind of rod in your gorgeous beachy home!

    Best wishes,

  3. Linda, that looks great. A home decor store sells a piece of bamboo that long? That is great. I have wanted a bamboo curtain rod for my guest room, but the one I found on-line is expensive.

  20. Hello Linda,

I like the bamboo rod idea...looks very nice..such a nice change from the metal ones...

Ok, now I'm curious! I lived along the Gulf Coast off and on my whole life...I've settled back to my home state of Tennessee though. I'm in the Smoky Mountains now.

My husband is from Mobile, AL and I lived there off and on over 20 years I guess and I also lived in Gulfport, MS when I was much younger. My father was in the Air Force and stationed at Kessler AFB.

I'm visiting for New Friend Friday. It's so nice to meet you....do come by my place to snag or look at the free images I created just for today.

    Have a lovely day...
    Hugs,
    Stephanie ♥
