This trip, our destination was Cullman, Alabama. We didn't know much about this town before our trip, but after our visit, we were happy that we spent a few days in this charming area of our beautiful state. Their downtown area, was very quaint and we enjoyed shopping at all the local shops. The second shop we went in, we hit the jackpot!! I turned from a shop owner out pickin', into a personal shopper for Mr.CC. When I stepped inside one of the booths and spotted that awesome scale, the one on the left (in the above photo), I knew right then, she was coming home with me! Right away, Mr.CC said, honey I will get it for your upcoming birthday, okay that sounds good. Just as he got that out of his mouth, I spotted scale #2, sitting there in the same booth, oh my goodness, I must be doing something right!!! Next comment was, I will buy you that one too. I was smiling from ear to ear with excitement, then I spotted scale #3, just around the corner from the other ones. How could this be, three white scales, that are so my style, appeared in the same place. So, you see, this is how I became his personal shopper. He was just as happy as I was, because he had all his shopping done and out of the way. I didn't even wait until my birthday, to display them, they were glowing bright, even before the candles were lit.
Blessings,
Linda
Scale #1 is my favorite. I am
pretty sure it's a candy scale.
I think I still have some pretty
glass candy around here somewhere,
so when I find it, I will add it here.
Scale #3 was a perfect size
and for sure, the perfect color!
Scale #2 was the perfect fit for #1. Displaying
these two together was a must in my book.
I am so looking forward to having these
pretties in my home for many years to come.
Yes...I am very THANKFUL and BLESSED
to have such a lovin' husband!!
Thank you sweetie!!
I'd love for you to stay connected with Coastal Charm...so come on over and join me there!!!
Wow! Those are wonderful! Mr. CC is a good man, and you are indeed blessed. Looks like you had a happy birthday.
