Nifty Thrifty Tuesday No.189
Well y'all, it's finally thanksgiving week, and some of us are busy cooking that big bird, and some of us are busy decorating our homes for Christmas. Here at Coastal Charm, Mr.CC is brining the bird, and I am busy decking the halls. Today, I got three trees decorated, and tomorrow I hope to get most of my vignettes done. If, I only did a few vignettes, then that would be easy as pie, but oh no, I do way too many. With this nagging cold, that number just might go down this year. It's kinda hard to get creative, when you feel bad, and I am already behind schedule. So, the theme for 2013 could be...LESS IS MORE!!! I guess, time will only tell. One thing for sure, I am only using what I already have. Yes, you heard that right, I have not purchased one new thing, not even a roll of ribbon (now that is really good for me). I hope y'all are ready to share some NIFTY THRIFTY ideas here today, so we can all get inspired, and maybe even meet some new friends at the same time. Thanks so much for coming by, to party with me at NIFTY THRIFTY TUESDAY!
Blessings,
Linda

Family Time at the Lake
A week ago today, we headed up to the lake to spend four days of family fun. We were so happy that my 85 year old mom, could make the trip with us. It had been three years since she had spent the night away from home (that's not counting nights spent in the hospital...Mr.CC and I really got a good laugh, when she told us that). I knew that the leaves were still pretty, and I so wanted my mom to see them. As soon as we arrived, we headed right out to the balcony, to soak in the all the Fall beauty. On Saturday, Mr.CC, Haley and I headed over to Auburn, to watch our tigers win one exciting football game. I found it funny, that the MIRACLE AT JORDAN-HARE made national news for several days. I guess, when miracles happen, it's a really big deal. The three of us, had one awesome time together that day...a day that we will never forget! Then, we had two more days of relaxing at the condo, and enjoying FALL at the LAKE! This weekend, I hope to start decorating my home for Christmas, that's if, this cold that I have, goes away.
Blessings,
Linda
Here I am, with my best friend!

Christmas At Coastal Charm Interiors
Christmas has arrived at Coastal Charm Interiors! Not only has it arrived, it is flying out the doors. I went by today, and to my surprise, so many Christmas items had sold, while I was away at the lake. My tree in the window display, is starting to look a little bit bare. Looks like I might need to get crafty next week and make some more ornaments. The wall tree is still pretty full, so I guess we will see how long that will last. If you are a pillow gal like yours truly, then you will be happy to know, that I have a big pillow sale going on right now (more than 30 pillows have been reduced). Also, in the last few weeks, I have added a lot of new merchandise, so come on by and see it all. I plan on decking the halls here at my home this weekend, then when I finish that, more items will be repurposed and added to my inventory. I have so many pictures to share with y'all, that I thought it would be best to let the pictures do the talking. So now, let's see what they have to say!
