While I was traveling today, I saw "PALLET HEAVEN"...just kidding! Now, what I saw was "Pallet Place"...it's a HUGE pallet business...oh yes...thousands of pallets for all the DIY's out there. So, after seeing this place, I just had to share with y'all this cute pallet art that Ann at WHIMSY BY THE SEA made, isn't it just charming? Wonderful beach colors, and get this, this pallet is the perfect size for a twin headboard...oh happy day!! Now, go on over and visit Ann to see more about this cutie. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Blessings,
Linda

Cute! And the mention of a twin headboard left me drooling.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhh....I LOVE IT!!! I have 6 palettes just waiting to be painted. I did an art piece for my "music" son as a Christmas gift. It looks amazing in his office. The one you show here would be a fabulous project...at least something similar (no French!)...for our poolside wall.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing...

ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful! Who knew palettes could be so sophisticated!? I'm going over there to look around. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletedear linda,
ReplyDeletethank you so much for featuring us! it was a delight to create this piece...and now it's gone. it was hanging on the wall in our antique booth for two hours, then a lovely lady took it home to hang over the sofa in her beach house. i envision it there in my mind...seaside. picking up the paintbrush again today ... wish "pallet place" was nearby :-) ... i have about twenty ideas in my head for designing pallet art, and am excited about them all.
blessings and thanks again,
ann

ReplyDeleteI love it!! and I have a big one in my yard as a mini fence that I can go paint up now! Thanks for the inspiration :)
ReplyDeleteI am so going to do this! I love it. I'm in-between projects and I have a great idea now. I love visiting your blog and finding new bloggers with great ideas!
ReplyDeleteGreat sign. We happen to have a business that makes pallets in our town. Every day they set out used or unusable wood for anyone to take. We are thinking of getting some to make a fort for the kids, but I like your idea too.
ReplyDeleteVery cute pallet art.
