Hello and WELCOME to Coastal Charm!!! Today I will be sharing my Christmas mantel that I have all ready for the holidays...so let's see what ideas I had for it this year. I'm one that never has the same display on my mantel from year to year...I always love changing it up..do you do this too? This year I wanted to go with a vintage/rustic look and I'm really happy with the outcome of it...thank goodness because I don't have the time to change it...you know what I mean? Several of the items I already had and a few of them have been recent THRIFTY purchases...you know me...I'm all about THRIFTY! Okay now let's take a look at what I came up with.
Thanks for coming by,
Linda
Chippy painted cabinet door with a Ikea wreath!
Vintage santa, deer antlers and some mercury glass.
Vintage gold pocket watch that I forgot I had...canyou believe it?
French script ribbon!!
Demijohn and some southern cotton!
Added some bronze ornaments from Target
that I got after Christmas last year.
A must at my nest...a touch of COASTAL!!!
I have never seen an all white santa mug...oh how
I LOVE this little fella!
Garland that I found at Goodwill last summer.
Ribbon was found at Laurie Anna's Vintage Home.
I knew when I found this old cabinet, that it would
find it's way to my mantel just in time
for Christmas!
Wooden spools...wonderful look!!
Ladies...hit the after Christmas sales and stock up
for next year, like I do. Can't beat 50-90% off!

I Love your Christmas Mantle... I too went with a Salvage Memory Christmas this year... Simple, Thrifty and expedient since I didn't have a lot of time to decorate and Style this year but I wanted an effect that would still embody the Christmas Spirit of our Home. I plucked some Cotton from a Farm too to put in a Vase... it's the closest thing to Snow we have here in the Desert. *Winks* And I love the way it looks...
