Hoping all of y'all had a wonderful holiday weekend with your family and friends...we sure did. We got home last night from a four day trip and I'm so ready to get our home all dressed up in some beautiful Christmas decor...I feel like I'm a little bit behind some of y'all, but I promise I will catch up soon. Before I can begin decorating, I need to CLEAN my entire home, but lucky me..Mr.CC has promised to help me out...now that's what I call a NIFTY HUBS..don't you think? Today we will be looking back to a few links from last weeks party. Please everyone keep in mind when you are joining the party...link back to my blog...soooo many people are still not doing this and I just don't understand what they are thinking. Looking forward to seeing what all of y'all have been up to...so let's get this party rolling!
Thanks so much
for coming,
Linda

2. This party is for sharing thrifty finds from garage sales, thrift stores, consignment shops, craigslist and even those awesome deals that you find at any retail store. Also you can share any thrifty DIY projects...love seeing what y'all can make on a dime!
3. Please go and visit the other participates and leave a comment about their treasures and thrifty ideas…this is what makes the PAR-TAY so much FUN and what a great way to meet new friends. Glad to hear you enjoyed your long holiday weekend. I haven't done any decorating yet, but at least my house got cleaned last week for Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting Linda.
Such great features, Linda! Thanks, sweet lady, for being a gracious hostess!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, your shop looks wonderful! I can tell that you are having a ball, plus, you are so good at picking such great things to sell! Wish I were close enough to pop in for a look! Linda
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteI loved seeing the vintage Santa mugs you featured. I have one that my Mom passed down to me with a little note inside saying that the mug was over 50 years old. I treasure it (and think I just dated myself!) Love vintage Christmas decorations...they bring back such happy memories.

Well, darlin', Saturday wasn't too good to us, was it? I forgot to take your phone numbers with me but I had all 4 grandkids (and one of them not feeling too good) I chased and helped look after. We were set up over on Linn Morrison (hope I got that right)...my SIL had gone up Wed. afternoon and staked off places for the tents and cars and when he got there Sat. morning (around 5:30 a.m.!) some meanie had run over some of the stakes to put HIS cars! Suffice it to say we got ALL our parking spots back!!! Other than that, we had a good time. David and I left at 9 min. left in the game...well, there's always next year.
ReplyDeleteI'm still PROUD TO BE AN AUBURN TIGER!
P.S. I had an Alabama fan post the score in comments on my blog, how rude! I wouldn't rub it in someone's face, I thought that was rather tacky (like I didn't know the score).
Hi Linda, good to be home and get started on the Christmas decorating fun. When you're finished with your husband helping you clean, please send him up here, I'll be sure and feed him!! After all the kids and a dog + decorating my house is a MESS!! xoxo
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteGlad that you had a wondeful holiday. We had family at our house and luckily I got in a bit of a cleaning mood before. Still trying to get all the decor out. I use to decorate from dawn until dusk. This gal sure can't do that anymore. The old back won't let me. Even took yesterday off. Can't wait to see your decor. Happy Holidays!
Great features Linda and glad you had a wonderful holiday weekend. Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteAll of the featured projects are lovely, but I love the ruffled tree skirt.

Hi there and War Eagle anyway!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAl has torn something in his leg and knew that it would be a challenge climbing all of the stairs to our seats so lucky Alex got the tickets and invited a friend...I won't mention what color she was wearing!!! Al tickled me - he said - you mean I gave an Iron bowl ticket to the enemy???? The girl is sweet and she didn't gloat during the game. Alex did say several fights broke out around them!! I asked her how many she started :)
So, glad you are back home safely and in Christmas decorating mode. And yes, Jack is a pretty nifty guy!
Thanks for hosting.
Rhonda
