City Farmhouse Pop-Up Barn Show...Part 1

Hey y'all...this was one awesome show!!! Kim and David from City Farmhouse in Franklin, TN., really put together a wonderful barn show, and get this, it was their first one. I can't wait to see what the next one will be like. I am hoping that maybe I can be a vendor there next year, now that would be super fun! One of the best thing about this show is, I got to meet several of my blogging friends, and you all know how exciting that is. My friend Debbie and I, spent all day Friday and half of the day Saturday shopping and visiting, two of our favorite things to do. I have so much to share, so I thought I would break it down into three parts. Today, we will get started with part one. So, here it goes!
                                                Blessings,
                                                   Linda

As you entered the show, this wonderful pumpkin
                                           display welcomed you.

                                   Charming barn, don't ya think?

Inside that huge tent was a lot of great stuff.

Oh my...I fell in love with this beautiful arbor. It
was part of J.Hill Designs. Judy had one beautiful
booth, now that wasn't a surprise. I really enjoyed
talking with her, what a sweet southern lady.

See the sign, EAT DESSERT FIRST? Well, I
just decided to have a pumpkin pie ice cream
cone for lunch on Saturday, and boy it sure was good.

First thing Friday, I ran into
Robin and Pam from
a wonderful surprise to met
these two ladies.

After three years of blogging with this gal, we finally
met up. Here I am with my blog friend Laura from
                                        THE IRONSTONE NEST.

Laura's booth was full of amazing treasures.

See that cool farmhouse table behind this shopper?
Well, she is all mine:) Can't wait to show you how
it looks in my foyer. Mr.CC was really happy with
                                                  my purchase.

Here we are with my friend Debbie from the blog...
                                     FLOWER CHILD DESIGNS.

Debbie and I were both looking forward to the Miss Mustard
Milk Paint demo, that Laura was putting on. I came away
ready to pull out my paint and see what I can do.

Thanks Laura for all the great info and tips!!

Met a new blog friend...this is Beth from
FARM FRESH VINTAGE FINDS. If you
are near the Franklin area, Beth is the new
retailer of MMS milk paint...check her out.

Now look, I found my twin! Well, not really,
but after talking with Amy from ALL THINGS
HOME...we both discovered how much we have
in common. We have been blogging with each
other for a couple of years now, and it was so nice
to finally get the chance to meet up in person.

Next up...this booth belongs to the talented

Here I am, taking it all in. I came away with some
cute clothes to add to my wardrobe...thanks Beth!

What was I thinking? I should have purchase some of these
                                             $10 porch picket's.

I have been facebooking with Jeanne from
                                  JUNXTAPOSITION...so it was
fun meeting up with her too.

Here we are having some fun posing for y'all.

Jeanne has some beautiful things. If you are
going to the Country Living show in Atlanta
on 10/25-27, you can find her there.

Thinking that I really need one of these pretties.

  1. So much eye candy! I wanted to meet up with Jeanne at the Columbus Country living Fair, but her booth was swamped when I was there. Looks like you had a great time. Can't wait to see the next installments.

  9. Love seeing all the pictures! I had planned on going until just a few days before the event and had to cancel. I have heard so much about it from a FB friend who got married at the Barn in Sept. I wish I had a barn like it :) I love Franklin. Now I'm off to see your pics again!

  12. I didn't get to meet you either, how did I miss you. I was set up across from Old Thyme Market Place. I didn't have my banner out, so you couldn't have know who I was. Darn.
