Fall Touches
Today I thought I would share with you some more fall touches from my home...here we will see what I did with my OLD wooden dough bowl. I have owned this bowl for years now and I'm still in love with it...is that weird? It just seems to fit in, no matter where I put it...it's present home is my oversize ottoman in the family room. I have used this bowl at our beach house for several years...displaying it above the kitchen cabinets...so after we sold that house...it has been here in this house moving from room to room. Do you have a favorite decor accessory and if so...why do you like it so much?

ReplyDeleteI got two small planters at St. Vinney's this week and have been doing the happy dance with my visions of decor. They cleaned up sooooo well, unbelievable. Finally, enough to post and link :)
What a wonderful dough bowl, filled with Fall...I can see why you love it, I would too. I have a pressed glass punch bowl from my Granma that I cherish....it moves from the hutch to the table and sofa table...hugs, Linda

ReplyDeleteThe old dough bowl is great. I missed out on one at an estate sale and kicked myself for that. I also like that round pine cone looking thing in the vase!

ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I also love the dough bowl! I have been looking for one for a while but they can be so expensive. My favorite decor accessories are two large Italian pots that my dad gave me many years ago. They each weigh a ton and I have moved them from house to house. It takes three guys to lift each one. These are two things I will never get rid of.
